Public Speaking Is Easier Than You Think & Fun to Boot!

While public speaking may be the greatest fear of man, no need to allow it to be yours. Begin with the thought of a conversation between you and your audience. As things stand, what I often do when talking to others?
1. You talk about an issue familiar to you, share a story or experience.
2. You speak with color, allowing your emotions to be seen and heard.

3. You look your listeners in the eye.

4. You breathe while speaking.

5. You believe in what you are discussing.

These five conditions are necessary for successful speech or presentation to provide an accurate standard. The difference is that you (probably) is the head of the table after the meeting halls and public speaker on stage and lectern. Unfortunately, it has produced is the place you fear.
If these five criteria, that in a normal conversation and you can for your delivery, you will feel more secure and you can control your nervousness. Note, I said and did not remove the control that nervous trembling. I want you nervous. Nervousness produces adrenaline, which is most beneficial. The secret is taking it and allows it to work for you.
How do you do that?

By initiating diaphragmatic breathing. Notice that the 4th of those conditions deals with breathing. At the lectern, breathing is not only something we never think to do but our lack of air usually results in breathlessness. Learn how to breathe with the support of your diaphragm and you will discover the best means of controlling your nerves in any form of public speaking.

Since 99% of the population is breathing in this way, it might be good, you are part of most people. The result is breathing shallow or lazy, actually increase your stress, because it does not allow the toxins in the body are eliminated. Of course we need much more than water to survive each day. Another group of nutrients that we are doing, cannot without proteins. Proteins in foods such as meat, eggs and soy products. They provide the amino acids needed to build muscle tissue and contribute to some of the hormones in our body. Red blood cells and the hair is made of protein.

Energy during intense activity:

Along with proteins, a body also needs adequate amounts of fats and carbohydrates in order for us to have enough energy during the day. Fats are primarily used for energy during intense activity, like exercising, while carbohydrates are primarily used for energy during less intense activities, like standing, sitting, and other movements. Both the fats and the carbohydrates that we eat in a day can be stored for later use as fat, so it is important to eat enough for energy, but also important to regulate intake in order to stay slim and healthy. In the event that you are not eating enough fats and carbohydrates, your body can also provide itself with fuel from proteins

Vitamins and minerals:

Vitamins and minerals are also important nutrients for our daily lives. We get these from fruits, vegetables, milk, and most natural sources of food. Some of our foods, such as bread products, can even be enriched so that we get more vitamins and minerals in our bodies. There are dozens that you need to ingest regularly, such as iron, thiamine, vitamin C, and vitamin D. If you are eating a healthy diet, you can most likely get enough vitamins and minerals from your foods, but you can also take vitamin supplements to make sure that you are getting the right amounts you need to maintain body function. Supplements may also be available to help with other nutrients as well, so if you are worried, talk to your doctor about how you can be sure to be eating a healthy amount of nutrients.
