Have you ever considered just how much our diets have changes over the last 50 to 100 years, or how much our health is connected to the types of food we consume. With the majority of us eating on the run and looking for a quick way to produce a meal for our families, we thought it would be interesting to take a look at the modern diet. Without doing a lot of research to substantiate the exact date of introduction into the food supply, lets take a look at the approximate time frame of some of our most common food items.
If my memory serves me right, most neighborhoods started seeing an influx of McDonalds and other fast food restaurants somewhere around the mid nineteen seventies. Sure there were some McDonalds and other fast food joints before this time, but we’re talking about when this industry started to become mainstream. Early to mid seventies just about hits it right!
Soda drinking falls along the same lines as the fast food industry. There is no doubt that sodas were created much earlier, but when did it become commonplace to consume this sugary beverage on a daily basis? It was around 1965 that soda’s “previously thought of as occasional treats” were dispensed in cans from vending machines. Today, sodas account for at least a third of the liquid consumed in the US. On average a 12 oz can of soda, is equivalent to 10 teaspoons of sugar. When you consider that many people drink them non-stop throughout the day, that’s a lot of sugar.
Sugar consumption in the early 20 th century average of about five pounds. Today, according to the USDA, the number is estimated that 140-170 pounds per year somewhere. Of a concern! Refined sugar, contains vitamins and minerals. Have zero nutritional value. Since then, due to the self-regulatory body, the body's metabolism of sugar to help the system will be called at the store's unique micronutrients. Taking antibiotics also decreases your “good bacterial army” which accounts for 75% of your immune system. This assault can leave you open to additional infections and yeast overgrowth which can result in ever declining health. Yeast overgrowth is often called the great mimicker because it can imitate many diseases.
But lets say you eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and only the best of meat, poultry and fish. Evidence has shown the our soils are depleted in trace minerals. This mineral depletion existed in the early part of the last century, as evidenced by the US Senate Document 264, 74th Congress in 1936 Second Session.

"This is bad news, from the leading authorities learned in the United States 99% of people lack access to these minerals, and minerals in any of the more important practical outcome of the disease, is clearly insufficient. Any balance, resulting in greater damage to the lack of a or another element, however microscopic the body requirement may be, we are sick, suffering, shorten our lives. "
A recent article on ABC News by Megan Carpenter validated this continuing trend when the article revealed that “recently grown crops have shown decreases of up to 38 percent in protein, calcium, vitamin C, phosphorus, iron and riboflavin when compared with produce from past decades.”
When you consider other food additives, radiation, pesticides, nitrates, trans fat and hydrogenated fats along with the changes in agriculture, food processing and lifestyle there is no wonder why people are dealing with the explosion of health conditions that we are today. Are we manufacturing sickness! You bet we are!

Resistance to hypnotic trance is created when the critical factor stands between your subject and their hypnotic state.? This must be bypassed in order for your subject to respond to you on an unconscious level.?
When we move the case to another article, you can bypass the critical factor in learning, can present a proposal for your advice in the form of hypnotism. Important factors not stand your subject and to suggest to resonate as long, and will come out through the conscious mind, effective advice.

Make sure to note that if you are dealing with a subject that is in a heightened state of emotion, say a breakup or recent loss, the subject is already in their own hypnotic process.?
You as the hypnotist will have no control over a person in hypnotic process of which you are not the authority.?? They will not listen to you or attempt to follow your suggestions, they are immune to your reasoning and need time to emerge from the state they are in before you can induce a hypnotic state of which you are in control of.?
You have access, before you get a response from the unconscious, you need to be able to start working toward any results. This is step 4 step 4 brings us to the second and last four of the unconscious is the desired result of the second stage.
This step is simple to explain really it is as it sounds.? Once you have your subject in a hypnotic state and have accomplished the three previous stages you will lead your subject through their unconscious by way of suggestions to obtain your desired outcome.? When you successfully combine all four of the 4 Stage Formula you will be engaging with your subject in a conversational hypnotic interaction.??

You will come to understand that anyone that is experiencing struggle in his/her life is not in alignment. If you are experiencing any problem such as ill health, financial struggle, or unsatisfying relationships, and you keep talking about it and focusing on the problem you are actually attracting more of the same to you. Experiencing any kind of difficulty simply means you have a weak link.
In fact, the ill health, the lack of funds, the broken heart, need not be horrible in and of itself, if you can recognize it as a signal to change the way you are currently thinking and feeling.
The contrast between the meaning of what we do what we want vs. serves a purpose. It enables us, you really understand what we want and at the beginning of the alignment of our thoughts and feelings with those wishes. It is necessary that we in touch with our emotions, they understand and work through them.
By now some of you may be thinking I did not choose to experience the struggle. I certainly did not intentionally attract the disease, the divorce, or the small income. You certainly did not do this consciously, but subconsciously much was happening.
I too was upset with myself, when I first learned of the above concepts. Consciously, I did not choose the lack of successful experiences but I was definitely attracting it subconsciously.
Most of us attract by default due to a lack of knowledge. We do not pay attention to our thoughts and tend to ignore our feelings. Now trying to monitor every single thought would drive us crazy so this is where our emotional guidance system comes into play. If we feel good, if we feel love and gratitude towards ourselves and others, we we’ll attract more good things. If we feel bad because of resentment, guilt, anger, or frustration we’ll send out negative vibrations and we will attract more of the same.
The better you can get yourself to feel, the more in alignment you will be. Do keep in mind this is not about repressing our emotions, but rather working through them.
What's that you can receive over time what so far has been feeling pretty good indicator. If you are thriving to build a healthy start to visualize the body you want, you want to toattract success. How to Overcome Emotional Eating
Wednesday, March 24th, 2010Eating is a part of life. Your body gets its nutrients from food. Sometimes we can go overboard with our eating habits and it can result in gaining weight. One issue with food is emotional eating.
Emotional eating problem, but might end up in scale, will begin in the mind. Takes effect in bringing stress in your life. When the defense will be hit with your health, your emotions are declining.
Everyone has good days and bad days. How we deal with the bad ones brings emotional eating into play. You look for comfort for your hurts. People who turn to food for comfort find a coping mechanism that won’t judge them, hurt them or tell them “no.” To complicate the issue, eating pleasurable foods can stimulate the release of endorphins just like exercise. So, after you eat, you feel better.
Emotional eaters use food to relieve. They hide behind the food instead of trying to solve the problems. This is not unusual when the stressor is a terrible thing as physical abuse or death.
But, how do you know you are using food in this way? The first sign is obvious. You will gain weight if you eat too much. In light of the weight gain, examine other areas of your life:
* Have you been under stress lately at work or at home?
* Has anything traumatic happened in the last year?
* Are you dealing with a problem but haven’t found a solution?
Answer "yes" to any of these questions may mean you are a mood to eat. You eat, but you do not have the time of hunger. Your food choices are what we call "comfort food":
* High fat foods like French fries, fried foods
* High carb foods like macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes
* Sugary foods like ice cream, donuts, cookies, cake
There is help for emotional eaters. The first step is recognizing that you have a problem. You’ll experience feelings of helplessness and guilt. The guilt is over potentially ruining your health and the helplessness lies in the fact that you don’t see a way out.
Second, seek counseling. There are many types of counselors can meet the need for you. Diet and emotional eating is something we do anything to control your emotions get the change in eating habits.
Counselors, skills, family support and relaxation techniques may suggest a kind of visualization of problem-solving exercises. Practical way to visualize, you can not see a problem blowing your percentage. Also, instead of feeding the body, learn how to view food as an emotional support.
